When we were tasked with that project, it was quite early in the development stage, but still the client needed some impressive marketing images to show to prospect investors. Simply speaking we were given a set of basic volumes and a rough idea of the siteplan initially. Working closely with the client, we ironed out the style of the greenery, desired mood and atmosphere, as well as the materials for the building. It was all a breeze – when the client is responsive and open to ideas, we can let loose our creativity.
